At Coach Inayah ("we," "our," or "us"), we are committed to providing exceptional done-for-you Airbnb arbitrage business setup services. These Terms and Conditions explain the legal framework governing your use of our services. By engaging with our services, registering for our programs, applying for business funding assistance, or utilizing our property sourcing and setup services, you agree to the terms described below.
Services We Provide: We offer comprehensive done-for-you services to help you establish a successful Airbnb arbitrage business, including LLC formation assistance, business funding guidance, profitable property identification, landlord negotiation support, and complete Airbnb listing setup. Our services are designed to streamline the process of launching your short-term rental business while providing ongoing support and guidance throughout your entrepreneurial journey.
How We Deliver Our Services: Your business setup process is managed through our proprietary system designed to maximize efficiency and success rates. We work directly with you to understand your goals, assess your market opportunities, guide you through legal entity formation, connect you with funding sources, identify profitable properties, negotiate with property owners, and establish your Airbnb presence. We also provide ongoing support through our client portal, educational resources, and direct communication channels as part of our comprehensive service package.
Payment Processing: We accept payments through ACH transfers, Zelle, and Elective payment systems. All payments are processed securely through verified third-party payment processors. Payment terms and schedules will be clearly outlined in your individual service agreement, and all fees are considered earned upon completion of the respective service milestones.
Intellectual Property: All proprietary methods, strategies, training materials, and business processes developed by Coach Inayah remain our exclusive intellectual property. While we provide you with access to these resources for your business development, you may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize our proprietary content without explicit written permission from our organization.
Client Responsibilities: You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining professional conduct throughout our engagement, complying with all applicable local and federal laws regarding short-term rentals, obtaining necessary permits and licenses, and implementing the strategies we provide. You acknowledge that your success depends on your active participation and execution of our recommended business practices.
Results Disclaimer: We do not guarantee specific financial results, occupancy rates, or business outcomes. Your success in the Airbnb arbitrage business depends on numerous factors including market conditions, property selection, management execution, and external economic factors beyond our control. Past client results do not guarantee future performance, and individual results may vary significantly.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by Nevada state law, Coach Inayah's liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for our services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or market fluctuations affecting your Airbnb business performance.
Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure: We maintain strict confidentiality regarding your personal and business information. Similarly, you agree to maintain confidentiality regarding our proprietary business methods, client information, and trade secrets. This mutual confidentiality agreement remains in effect indefinitely, even after termination of our service relationship.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions are governed by Nevada state law. Any disputes arising from our service relationship will be resolved through binding arbitration in Las Vegas, Nevada, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against Coach Inayah.
Service Modifications: We reserve the right to modify our service offerings, pricing, and terms with reasonable notice to existing clients. Significant changes will be communicated through email and reflected on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Termination: Either party may terminate the service relationship with written notice as specified in the individual service agreement. Upon termination, you retain access to completed deliverables but forfeit access to ongoing support and proprietary resources. All confidentiality obligations survive termination of the service relationship.

Refund Policies:
Paid-in-Full purchases: You may cancel in writing within 3 days of purchase for a 100% refund. After 3 days, all sales are final.
Funding-Related Refunds: If you fail to follow the recommended steps, there is no refund if funding is not obtained. However, if you follow all steps as directed and no funding is secured after exhausting all resources, a refund may be granted at our discretion.

Payment plans & deposits (including third-party financing): No refunds or cancellations.
Subscriptions: Non-refundable, except we will refund duplicate charges made in error within 29 days of the last monthly charge.
Accidental purchase claims must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of purchase to be considered.
